About DTO CrossFit

DTO CrossFit started with a small group of friends working out in Duke’s garage. We came from all different walks of life, but the things that unite us are strong values, solid character, and positive attitudes towards life. We hope that CrossFit inspires you like it has for us. All you need to do is walk through our doors prepared to give 100% and we will do the rest. Our facility is brand new and designed from the ground up to support our athletes. We shut the garage door and opened our front doors in downtown Omaha in August 2013.

 

How the Classes Work

1 Hour ~ 4 Parts
5-10 min Warm-Up Session
10-15 min Skill Development (Strength, Olympic Weightlifting, or Gymnastics)
10-30 min Conditioning Session
5-10 min Cool Down and Stretching

 

Though the general format is consistent, CrossFit is constantly varied. No two WODs will be the same unless they are “benchmark” WODs. These will include functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
* Weekend WODs are usually Team WODs with 2-6 athletes per team.
