Fit Challenge 2020

Welcome Team!
The Fit Challenge is our annual nutrition/fitness challenge. Each year is a little different, but the idea is the same: Select a period of time and really focus on being aware of what we eat, when we eat, when we workout, and how we look/feel; be diligent in recording our meals and workout; and lastly, take time to analyze this years results, last years results, and plan for a better tomorrow!

How long is the Challenge? 40 days

When does the Challenge Start/End?  3 Feb thru 14 Mar, with one pre-challenge Brunch/Workshop event on 1 Feb worth 100 points!

What do I have to eat? Use a macro-based diet template (we like using RP Strength)

How do I score points? Log into Wodify Rise and complete the tasks. The app will count up all your points for you.

Wodify Rise only counts points, it doesn’t calculate macros, is there another app I should use?  It’s easy to keep track manually if you eat the same things all day for most of the challenge. But if you’re like most of us, using an app like My Fitness Pal or the RP Strength app are very helpful! 

I don’t like counting macros, why can’t I just do my own diet like we did last year? You can do whatever you want… but if you want to compete in this challenge Macros is what it is. Take it or leave it! 

How much does it cost? $70 for all access ticket, $130 if you need a general diet template (includes all access), or $170 if want a diet template specific to your starting body weight (includes all access). 

What does my ticket get me? 2x Body Scans, a T-shirt, access to Wodify Rise, Food/Drinks at Challenge Events, a Macro diet template (if applicable), and weekly/overall prizes.
